You need to hit the stage looking lean and full. 16 weeks Pre-Contest Program This is a 100% individualized program designed specifically for you constructed by someone who works with the IFBB Pro’s back stage at major shows in the USA, such as the Arnold Classic. We have access to the most up to date ways to diet, and supplement, to give the best results possible. We will need photographs of you front/back & sides and accurate measurements. This should include height and weight.
